SANTA CRUZ WINDS: Soundtracks of Cinema

The Santa Cruz Summer Winds proudly returns to the CPAC stage for its ninth summer season! Directed by Yudai Euda, the Santa Cruz Winds will perform a concert filled with some of the most recognizable movie themes in Hollywood including music from animated features such as The Incredibles and blockbusters such as Superman (1978)! Other selections by John Williams will round out a fun filled program highlighting the importance of music in film. 

Santa Cruz Winds is a 50-member concert band, composed primarily of musicians from the various concert bands throughout the Tucson and Green Valley area, as well as several members from the School of Music at the University of Arizona. The Santa Cruz Summer Winds is founded and operated by Managers, April and Zack Brennan, and this concert is brought to you by The Santa Cruz Music Groups, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to musical excellence in southern Arizona.
