JACK LASSETER: The Chiricahua Apaches: Warrior People of the Southwest
This is the true story, not the movie version, of the Chiricahua Apache. Here Jack shares with us who they were as a people, some fascinating stories of their two leaders, Cochise and Geronimo, how their resistance lasted for some 25 years, and what happened to them in the end. This is quintessential Jack, who brings them alive and makes them real. After hearing this talk you will want to go to the Chiricahuas where Cochise was born, to Apache Pass where he fought, and to his Stronghold in the Dragoons where he died.
